Well done to LAC member Mark Guerin who was leading the pack from the start to the finish and won the Milford Hospice 10k with a new PB of 35:15.
This event to help raise money for the Milford Hospice was very well supported again. All the funding will assist with the new development project involving the new building of a new 34 specialist palliative care unit to serve the mid-west. Well done to all LAC athletes who participated and supported. 🏆

Dooneen AC is extending an invite to all Limerick clubs to the launch night for the Michael Rejmer Run Series, 2017, which is a series of 5 mile road races using the Country Club 5-mile route. The races take place on Friday evenings from the 31st of March to the 21st of April. The launch takes place at The Country Club, Old Cratloe Road, Limerick, on this coming Friday evening, the 20th of January, at 8PM. Special guests; Neil Cusack, Martin Doody and Michael Carmody, will be present on the night, and will partake in a Q&A session.
