County cross country dates are as follows:
25th of Sept —- Juvenile uneven ages and novice men/women.
Please note the first race of the day will be the Men’s novice race followed by five juvenile races. The women’s novice race takes place next followed by the remaining 5 juvenile races. First race starts at 12. No venue as yet

2nd of Oct —– Senior men and women starting at 12 in Ul.

9th of Oct —— Juvenile even ages, masters and intermediate starting at 12. No venue as yet.

Congratulations to Alana Frattaroli and Elaine O’Neill who both competed in the National Senior T/F Championships in Santry today.

Alana took on the high performance athletes in the Shot putt finishing 4th with a great throw of 12:90mts reaching a new PB.

Another well established athlete competing and new to Limerick AC was Elaine O’Neill who took 9th place in the final of the 100m with a time of 12:46sec.

Johnny Lynch who took home 2nd in the 60m in Ennis.

Luke Calitz took the bronze in the 60m.

Abby Yelverton and Orlaith Grimes took 2nd place in the teams U9’s Long jump event.

Under 9’s girls relay team took 3rd spot.

Christian O’Connell took Silver in the Javelin down in Cork I.T. with a throw of 47.77,improving on his PB yet again!

Well done to Mae Farrell,Olivia Mc Carthy,Ava Ryan,Robyn D’arcy,Roise Gavan,Ciara Flaherty,Conor Gavan,Luke Calitz,Aisling Cannon,Abby Yelverton,Maya Griffin,Orlaith Grimes,Rosie Hickey,Johnny Lynch,Ollie Tierney,Aisling Mc Hugo,Ben O’Connell,Paddy O’Driscoll,Lily Reid,Aoife Ryan,Sean Mc Hugo and Christian O’Connell who all competed very well in the Munster Juvenile Championships.
