Dylan Prendeville headed to Birmingham to compete in the DSAUK National Games taking 4th place in both the Discus and Shot putt today. Dylan’s commitment to his training with Dave has improved his PB’s in both events. Great Job Dylan!!

Christian takes Gold in Waterford.

Christian O’ Connell got his first chance to test his Javelin skills this year in Waterford at the Ferrybank A.C. Open day and came away with the Gold medal in the juniors with a throw of 41.69.
