LAC’s Rachel Hosey proudly displaying her first Gold medal of 2015

Three Limerick AC athletes took part in the North Munster Schools
Cross Country held in a wintery Pallaskenry on Thursday January 29.

LAC’s Rachel Hosey and representing Castletroy College secured gold in the Minor Age group.

LAC’s Laura Hession and representing Laurell Hill Gael Schoile finished sixth in the Junior event.

LAC’s Sadhbh de Barra and representing Laurell Hill Gael Schoile had a superb run and finsihed well in the Intermediate event.

Nenagh Olympic are hosting an Open Indoor sports day for U9-12 – for athletes born between years 2004 and 2007 – this coming Saturday January 31 and starting at 11.30am for field events and 12noon for track events.

This is an open day and Nenagh Olympic have invited any LAC athlete that wishes to attend. Entry is €5.

Due to the open day format LAC coaches may not be in attendance at all events.
