Well done to Hilkka Kontro for coming in 2nd place in the Cook Medical Women’s Mini Marathon last weekend in the UL Campus.

Well done to all LAC members who participated in the race and to members who volunteered on Saturday for setting up registration and on Race Day for marshalling the course. We hope to see you again next year.

Well done to Pat Hickey, Martin Philips & Allan Roberston for finishing The Dublin City Marathon last Sunday which they came in 192nd in the National Team Event. Well done lads 👍🏻

Cook Medical Women’s mini marathon is just around the corner, 3 days left till your at the start line and hearing the horn go off!!! We are looking forward to the big day and to see many women participating in this great event and we from Limerick AC are happy to host it. Remember the race starts at 12 so don’t be late and enjoy the race.

This years goodie bag once again is jam packed full of “goodies”. Some items you can expect to see:
– Nivea Black & White mini deodorant
– Haribo – Jelly mini-bags
– Wrigleys – rollpack of mints
– Fleming Medical – Medicare Instant Cold Pack
– Bunalun Organic Oats On The Go sample
– 500ml bottle of water
– Nature Valley Bar
– Kinetica Bar

Those who wish to volunteer and help out on the race day please arrive at 9am and you will be assigned to which duty at 10:30am.
