Christian O’ Connell took on the Munster School’s Track and Field on Saturday 21st, in Waterford I.T. and representing John the Baptist C.C., took home a well earned Gold medal in the Javelin with a throw of 44.54. Considering that less than a year ago, Christian had never even held a javelin and to come away with gold only proves that hard work, determination and belief does pay off….. Great job Christian!!!
